Join us on June 30th, 2024 10am



Open House



Rain or Shine, join us for our Open House day. See what we have to offer, enjoy a day spent at camp, reconnect with old friends, and learn about what is going on at Covenant Hills. We will have worship at 10am led by Green Mountain District Superintendent Reverend Jill Colley Robinson. Food at noon.

The Open House will go from 10-4 on June 30th.



Schedule of events:



1:00 Arrivals - join us in Faith Lodge to sign in, grab a snack, and say hello to camp friends


1:00-3:30 - Every half hour starting at 1, join us to create your very own camp shirt. Bring your own shirt, we will also have limited quantities available for purchase.


3:00 - Enjoy a tour of the property and find out what we are working on this summer


4:30 - Campfire, smores, and a cookout near the pavilion. We will also sing a few songs Meet us at the fire pit. Food is provided with a free will donation.


6:00 Final Goodbyes



We will have:



Yard games will be setup for playing in a few locations.

Crafts - bring your own shirt and make a camp shirt to bring home with you (we will have a limited selection of blank ones to buy).

Enjoy a walk along the paths through the woods and around our pond.

We will have multiple water and hydration/rest stations setup throughout the property for everyone's comfort.


Food: hotdogs, hamburgers, veggies burgers, chips, and watermelon. We will also have lemonade and water available.



Come help us celebrate our connections with camp, see what we have to offer as a rental facility, and enjoy the afternoon spent at camp.



Rules for Covenant Hills Usage



Covenant Hills has the following rules for the safety and wellness of all.


-The use of illegal drugs and alcoholic beverages are not permitted.


-We follow a Safe Sanctuary policy, groups renting the space agree to follow this as well.


-For the open house, all visitors must sign in at the registration table


-Swimming or boating is not permitted unless a Red Cross Certified Lifeguard (or equivalent) 18 years or older is present and has provided CHCC with their current certification.


-Use of any boats, canoes, kayaks, or paddleboards require use of a PFD, which must be supplied by the user.


-Anyone renting/using the CHCC facilities will make no alterations without the express approval of the conference.


-Firearms, fireworks, explosives or weapons on nor permitted on camp property.


-Food and snacks are not permitted in any cabin, tent, or wash house area to assist in preventing woodland animals from entering these areas.
